Since its official launch on June 15th, 9M1Z has taken the amateur radio community by storm. Enthusiasm has been building for the past two days, with stations from all corners of the globe tuning in.
Today, June 17th, coinciding with Eid al-Adha, activity may take a slight pause. However, a huge thank you goes out to stations like IZ2ZSF (Italy) and MW6HNN (Wales) who have captured the excitement on video!
Operations may resume later today or on June 18th local time. Regardless, a heartfelt congratulations to the impressive 1,920 stations already logged – and there are still 13 exciting days to come!
